The transfer of any plot is subject to approval by the cemetery board. Plots can only be resold to the cemetery at the original price without interest.

The cemetery board will keep the graves mowed, filled-in, and seeded when necessary. This work will be done by cemetery employees only.

Each burial will use an approved vault.

All foundations for monuments will be installed by the sexton at a charge per square foot. These charges will be set by the cemetery board.

All monuments must be made of everlasting material, such as granite, bronze, or marble. No concrete vases or wooden crosses are allowed.

Benches are allowed only when used as a headstone and must be made of everlasting material, such as granite, bronze, or marble. Benches to honor a loved one may be placed in appropriate locations in the cemetery upon approval by the cemetery board.
